rains rains......

it has been raining through the whole week..all surrounding montane peaks have recieved fresh snow..icy winds erupt from these montanes ..but for the rains we had begun seeing flowers sprouting all over.whites yellows reds ..all colors..on the bush ,in the shrub and over the trees,flowers every where.rains bring with it landslides road closures and endless wait on the way..while waiting for the road to open ,what do u do? come out of ur car and move around walking in the slush and mud,looking around and a whole new world opens up in front of u..the birds u have never seen earlier the trees u have never noticed as separate entities,as individuals, u start establishing a contact,and suddenly feel u belong here...u r home..
